This is a house I was called out to because the rain water flooded from the gutter back into their home and destroyed their ceiling and buckled their floating floors…

They had to get a local handyman to come in and rip everything out…

Carpet…

Floating floors…

Skirting boards…

The whole kit and kaboodle…

The floors completely buckled up…
