Places to Eat on the Mornington Peninsula
The 3 Best Places to Eat on the Mornington Peninsula as rated by The Gutter Cleaning Co. Mornington Peninsula.
While I’m not cleaning gutters on the Mornington Peninsula, you find me eating and I love it.
If you love eating, like I do, then the Mornington Peninsula is a great place to tantalize your taste buds.
Here’s 3 of my favourite places to eat.
CASA de PLAYA
If you love Spanish food like seafood Paella, then look no further than CASA de PLAYA.
It’s one of the best seafood paellas I’ve ever tasted.
These guys know what they’re doing.
I would always come for lunch or dinner and get the paella for 2 without fail. Then I discovered they do breakfast as well.
Spanish food for breakfast?
What are they going to serve, breakfast paella?
Well my friend, I tried it and I was blown away…
They make amazing breakfast tacos and smooth coffee.
But my favorite is the breakfast burger.
At first I was thinking of your typical greasy breakfast burger of oily eggs and bacon but then I tried it and can’t eat breakfast anywhere else.
I’m not going to try to describe their food. Just come down and try it, you won’t be sorry.
YoMG Mornington
YoMG Mornington has some of the best burgers you can get. Every time I get a burger from YoMG, without fail, it’s cooked to perfection.
Whether you want a chicken budget or a beef burger, vegetarian or something for the kids, YoMG has you covered.
Plus the chips are great as well.
Once you’re done you can grab some frozen yogurt for dessert.
My personal favorites are the Bergerk and a YoMy with Cheese.
You can’t go wrong with YoMG Mornington.
Johnny Ripe Main Ridge Harvest Mornington Peninsula
If you like a great pie, then you’re gonna love Johnny Ripe on the Mornington Peninsula.
They bake some of the best home-style bakery hot pies, sweet pastries, coffee and pantry goods. Johnny Ripe is best known for its apple pies – for which the apples are hand-peeled – but the team also makes chunky beef and veggie pies, savoury tarts, sausage rolls, buttery croissants and sizable meringues. The cronuts are a stand out.
To be honest, all of their baked goods stand out.
And they finish it off with a homemade relish or tomato sauce.
Expect them to be busy when you come through.
Conclusion:
If you’re coming out to the Mornington Peninsula there’s so many great places to eat. I just can’t list them all in this post.
But if you try one of the great places I’ve mentioned above then I can guarantee you won’t be disappointed.
